Is Your A/C Equipment The Right Size?
An air conditioner that is too small won't keep your home cool. An over sized system will turn on and off more than it is supposed too, resulting in a high power bill, mold problems, and unnecessary wear and tear on your compressor.
It is important to choose a licensed contractor who is properly trained in load calculation to determine the correct size unit for your home. A licensed contractor takes into account what type windows you have, what direction your home faces, if your home is shaded by trees, what color your roof is, how much insulation you have, etc.
You do not have to suffer another season with "comfort" problems in your home. Maybe your home feels "damp" even when the A/C is running. Or, maybe you have 1 room in your home that is too hot or too cold. You might have noticed your unit turning on and off more than it should. We can help! If you live in Panama City, Fl. (In Bay county) our in home estimates are free. Call our office at 850-763-7702, or email us at bayheatingandcooling@gmail.com for an appointment. Thank you.
